Argos' Fiery Blades

With a arcane word and a flourish of fingers you create three swords of arcane energy that orbit around a medium or larger creature within 120 feet.

As a bonus action, you can mentally command any or all of the swords you made with this spell if the swords are within 500 feet of you to make one of the following actions.

Attack: any or all of the swords make a melee spell attack using your melee spell attack modifier at a creature or object within 5ft (2d8+5).

Defend: Each sword adds +1 to the creatures AC  that it is currently orbiting.

Each sword is a separate entity with 35 HP 15 AC 13 Strength 12 dex

If the creature the swords are orbiting dies before the spell ends you can use your reaction to move the swords to another Medium or larger creature within 60 feet or the spell ends.

At Higher Levels. If you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, you add 1d8 per sword for each slot level above 5th.
