You launch a jet of boiling blood from your eyes at a target within 40 feet of you. You take 1d6 necrotic damage (This damage cannot be resisted in any ways) and make a ranged spell attack against the target. If the attack hits, the target takes 2d8 fire damage plus 1d6 psychic damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the psychic damage increases by d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
