Confused Rage

You target one creature within 30ft, turning them into a bozo. They must make a wisdom saving throw or roll a mele attack with their currently equipped weapon on themselves every turn including this one. Every time the creature attacks itself, it may roll an additional wisdom saving throw to become sane again.
