Weaker Sunblast

A small ball of light is created at the tip of your finger which is pointed at a point which you choose within range, you in some way throw the ball, then with a high pitch sound the ball explodes with extreme light. Each creature in a 15-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Constitution saving throw. A target takes 2d4 radiant damage on a failed save.
