When a creature within 30ft of you, asks you a question, you can use your reaction to shrug your shoulders and give an answer to their question.

The targeted creature has to make a Charisma saving throw against your spellcasting DC or be unsatisfied with the response and can't ask you the question again for the next 24h.
A creature can only be effected once, every 24h hours by this spell.
