Al'Akbar's Deathblade

A 3-foot-long, blade of darkness
springs forth from your hand. You wield
this blade as if it were a scimitar.
Attacks with the death blade are made with your spell attack modifier.  The blade deals 1d8 points
of necrotic damage +1 point per caster
levels (maximum +15).  A death blade also
wails causing all in a 30’ radius to make a wisdom
save or become frightened. Undead are
immune to the frightened effect.
