Boltic Pebbles

You grasp The small Pebble and hold it in your fist. red light beams will shine out from your closed fist they will have a length of 3 inches you will hear a sound of the pebble being engulfed in flames you can have up to four active pebbles at once. When triggered, all active pebbles become a ball of fire about 10 inches in diameter and will start setting anything on fire like a normal fire. when dispelled it triggers all pebbles made by the same sorcerer. if the spell is up casted to second level or higher you may set a direction for the pebble when casting. when triggered, it will launch a bolt of flames and heat in the set direction if up casted to level 3 you can cast to more pebbles for ever level higher than 3 and one more bolt of fire. if upcasted to level three you make a pebble float in mid air. if a boltic pebble touches water it loses all magical abilities and returns to being a regular pebble. the pebble isn't consumed when the spell is trigged instead returning to a regular pebble. if a pebble has had boltic pebble used on it 3 or more times it becomes a permeant heat stone a pebble has to have had at least one hour before boltic pebble can be casted on it pebbles can remain boltic for along as required and the power to detonate any pebble can be given to anybody both the receiver and the holder of the pebble have to be willing though. it is easy for a transfer to happen all that is required is a hand shake the receiver can not past the pebble along again and can be of any race and any class. 

If you have been hit by the spell fire bolt in the past minute you can create infinite boltic pebbles and you can specifically detonate 1-5 boltic Pebbles instead of them all. if your character dies, all your pebbles will supercharge and detonate meaning bolts of fire will shoot out in random directions and fire will spread every were for about one minute and all permeant heat pebbles created by you will become regular pebbles. If you are in combat and you want to detonate the boltic pebbles, it will require a bonus move as it can be done without concentration and will be detonated as soon as you want. Out of battle you just have to tell your dm that you are detonation them.
