The user starts the summoning [element depends on items used] using a magic circle, with an obsidian jewel in the middle. The user must chant incantations for the genie to appear. With the genie summoned, the user attacks the genie with the magic item in order to entrap the genie, inside the magic item [allowing the user to use the genie's power].
