Blooded chains

Blood in the shape og chains burst from the ground and wrap around a target within 60. 

The target makes and dexterity saving throw to avoid being wrappeled in the chains. On a failed saving throw the target is grappled until its next turn

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you can target on additional Creature for each slot level above 2nd. The creatures must be within 30 feet of each other when you target them.
