You channel your arcane power through the skull of a cow and release it as pure judgement. If your opponent is the same non neutral alignment as you, they  get healed 5d4 hit points. Othervise they get 8d12 radiant if opponent is evil or 10d8 necrotic damage if the opponent is good. If the opponent is neutral aligned, the spell has no effect. If the caster is neutral aligned, only evil opponents are effected, but only with 3d20 radiant damage.

The spell's effect is released in a 90 ft. cone, affecting every creature in the area each with a different effect.

At higher levels. The spell gains 3 more damage dice at 9th level, making the damage 11d12 radiant, 13d8 necrotic or 6d20 radiant damage.
