Age's Due

You reach out and touch a creature near yourself, speeding up the aging process. The creature must make a Dc10 constitution saving throw, and if it is a success, the creature gains a permanent +3 wisdom and a +1 charisma, and on a failure, they take 20d10 necrotic damage, and gain a permanent -5 on all phisical stats and charisma, but a +3 on wisdom. The stat minuses can be removed with a greater restoration spell. If the creature is older than a thousand years, it instantly dies.
