For the duration, You become able to painlessly dislocate your joints and contort your body into spaces or passages one size smaller than you. Your equipment also becomes contorted in the same manner as long as you are the one holding or wearing it.

If the spell's duration ends while you are inside a space or passage one size smaller than you, the effects of the spell still remain but you take 1d8 bludgeoning damage at the start of each of your turns until you leave the space. The spell then ends.

At Higher levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the duration of spell increases by 5 Minutes for each slot level above 3rd.
