Violent Rift

You slash at the air anywhere within a 60 ft radius, summoning a planar rift ten feet in length.  Any creature within 15 feet of this rift must make a Constitution saving throw or be pulled into this rift, transported to a plane of fire and evil.  On a failed save, the creature is sucked into the rift, and it closes behind them, trapping them in the other plane.  They also take 8d8 psychic damage as they are wrenched from the material plane against their will.  On a successful save, they resist being sucked into the rift, but they do take half damage as they resist having their body ripped from the plane they are on.
