Your voice jumbles into a flurry of lies that surge forth in a wave of deceit that floods the mind of any creature it comes in contact with. Make an intelligence check. Any creature in a 15 foot cube originating on you must make an intelligence check to contest yours. If a creature loses this contest, the creature’s speed is reduced to zero, it has disadvantage on attack rolls until the end of its next turn, and the creature takes 3d6 psychic damage. If a creature wins the contest, it is completely unaffected.
If the cumulative damage you deal with this spell in a single turn is equal to double an affected creature’s intelligence total, that creature is instead stunned until the end of its next turn.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st.
