Circle of Cursed Life

When this spell is cast any foe within 60 feet of you will be affected by the "Cursed Life" spell. Any step they take will feel like they are walking on knives, so their movement is decreased by 15 feet (or it is changed to 5 feet if their movement is less than 20 feet). Any roll made will have 5 points removed from it and no modifiers may be added to the rolls. Every breath they take will make their lungs feel like they are on fire, and they will lose one health point after every turn. the only way to avoid the spell is for the foe to make a constitution saving throw of 13 or higher.
