Arms of Plenty (EFA - A)

You touch a willing creature and cause two humanoid arms, which end in sharp talons, to erupt out of its body. The claws can be furry or scaled, count as magic weapons, and cannot be used to hold, carry, or manipulate objects.

On its turn, the target can make an attack with each arm as part of its Attack action. On a hit, an attack deals slashing damage equal to 1d6 + the wielder's Strength modifier (minimum 1). If both claw attacks hit the same target, the wielder can Rend the target with the arms for extra slashing damage equal to 2d6 + the wielder's Strength modifier (minimum 1).
