"Jasmala, where did these tentacles come from?" Judge Bran yelled across the castle top. Rain was pouring on all of them. Judge Jasmala slashes at two tentacles, "I'll give you one guess where they came from." Judge Jasmala jumps over another tentacle going for her legs. "Quickly, we need to kill this dragon and get to Blackstaff Azov. I fear he needs our help." Judge Jasmala says to the four others around her. "Judge Chi interupts, "Jasmala, you go help Blackstaff Azov now, Bran and I can handle this beast." as Judge Chi slashes at the three tentacles around Judge Jasmala. Judge Bran and Judge Chi glance at each other and charge at the dragon. Rain the Crowned looks down at the two Judges and releases a mouthful of poisonous gas.
Squirming, purple astral tentacles fill a 20-foot square on ground that you can see within range. For the duration, these tentacles turn the ground in the area into difficult terrain.
When a creature enters the affected area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, the creature must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 3d6 bludgeoning damage and be restrained by the tentacles until the spell ends. A creature that starts its turn in the area and is already restrained by the tentacles takes 3d6 bludgeoning damage.
A creature restrained by the tentacles can use its action to make a Strength against your spell save DC. On a success, it frees itself.
