Magical darkness spreads out from you to fill a 10-foot radius Sphere for the Duration. A creature with darkvision can't see through this darkness, and nonmagical light can't illuminate it.
If any of this spell's area overlaps with an area of light created by a spell of 3rd level or lower, the spell that created the light is dispelled.
When you cast this spell, you can designate any number of creatures you can see to be unaffected by it. This does not effect the darkness created by this spell.
An affected creature's speed is halved in the area, and when the creature enters the area for the first time or starts its turn there, it must make a Dexterity Saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is pulled 15 ft. towards the centre.
