Constantine's Conductive Pulse

"Cover your eyes!"

Concentrating the static electricity in the air around you into a single point, you then release it in a pulse of arcane power. Each creature (excluding the caster) in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on the caster must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 10d6 lightning damage on a failed save and is blinded until the end of their next turn. A creature takes half as much damage on a successful save and is not blinded.

A creature that fails its saving throw and is brought to 0 hit points is disintegrated.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 5th.
