Antonia's Golden Eye

You create a golden spectral eye that floats above the caster's head.
The eye can detect all creatures not immune to psychic damage within a 60 feet of itself on the same plane of existence, even if the caster can't. The caster only knows the number of creatures within the range of the Golden Eye.

When you cast the spell, you can make a ranged spell attack against a creature within 30 feet of the Golden Eye that it can detect even if there is no line of sight and ignoring cover. On a hit, the target takes psychic damage equal to 2d8 + your spellcasting ability modifier.

As a bonus action on your turn, you can repeat the attack against a creature within 60 feet of the Golden Eye even if there is no line of sight and ignoring cover.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4ht level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for every two slot levels above 3rd.
