You cover your eyes and whisper, conjuring a globe of absolute blackness. Your sight alone pierces the darkness, showing you your disoriented victims within.
You create a 20-foot-radius sphere of absolute darkness centered on a point you can see within range. Only you can see through your darkness. All other creatures within or who enter this spell’s area are blinded while they remain in the area. Creatures with darkvision cannot see through your darkness, although creatures capable of true seeing or seeing in magical darkness are not affected by it.
Creatures outside the sphere, including you, can see nothing within. Upon entering the area, however, you can see as if the area were illuminated by bright light, even though other creatures within cannot see you at all.
