While on the Astral Plane, you open a small extra-dimensional space where time can pass, permitting natural healing and the recovery of hit dice and levels of exhaustion.
You conjure an extradimensional dwelling in range that lasts for the duration. You choose where its one entrance is located. The entrance shimmers faintly and is 5 feet wide and 10 feet tall. You and any creature you designate when you cast the spell can enter the extradimensional dwelling as long as the portal remains open. The portal continues to exist and remains visible on the Astral Plane while the hospice exists. When you leave the hospice, the portal seals shut and vanishes. Anyone still in the hospice at that time appears on the Astral Plane at the location of the hospice’s entrance.
Beyond the portal is an empty space. The floor is firm, and the atmosphere is clean, fresh, and warm. The space can't exceed 10 cubes, each cube being 5 feet on each side.
