Arcane Gift

For the cost of one level two spell slot, you can donate a number of your remaining spell slots of your choosing to the one you are touching. If you give them 2 third level spell slots then you lose 2 of yours and they get them. Giving someone a spell slot that is higher than what they can use will only count as them getting one of their highest level spell slots back. This spell has no affect on non casters or magic items that use charges. you cannot give a person extra spell slots meaning that if they already have all their first level spell slots and you want to give them some more of yours, you cant.
