Targets all creatures in sight. Roll percentile dice. Completely destroys creatures that you can see in amount depending on the roll. eg. 100 enemies, 43% roll = 43 targets. Can only be cast once per long rest.

If the number is less than .5 round it down, if it's more than .5 round it up.

Neat idea, a few problems:

"Can only be cast once per long rest" is unnecessary to state. All classes only get 1 9th level spell slot per long rest to my knowledge

Too much of a mechanics outlier compared to other spells. make possible targets roll a CON save rather than rolling percentile for number of targets affected. Calculating percentile is unheard of for this kind of thing. If enemies are in hordes, assume one quarter succeed, rest fail. Increase to half if enemies have advantage, 1/8th if disadvantage

Because of the last point, you may need to reduce the range to 120 feet or so.
