Ban Hammer

You summon a spectral hammer to strike enemies. Make a spell attack. On a hit, the target must succeed on a charisma save or vanish into the ethereal plane forever. Means short of a Wish spell will make a tiny glimmer for a split second, pointing to the banned creature.
