Avasculate

Your eyes flare with bright red energy as you attempt to rip the blood from a creature you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target begins to violently erupt blood from its orifices; ears, eyes, mouth, nose, and pores. As the targets current hit point maximum is reduced by half (rounded down). This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest.

This spell has no effect on creatures without blood.
