Cacophony

You create a loud clanging, buzzing, tweeting, or otherwise distracting noise around you.

Any creature within a 50 ft. radius (aside from the caster) that is able to hear you has disadvantage on saving throws made in order to maintain concentration. If a creature is considered hostile to you, the target must make a Charisma saving throw, or be Deafened for the duration.

At Higher Levels. For every level of spell slot used to cast this spell above 2nd, the radius of this spell increases by 5 ft.
