Target either two creatures you can see within range, or yourself and one creature you can see within range. The chosen targets of the spell swap positions with each other when the spell is cast. If a creature is unwilling, they must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or undergo the effects of the spell anyway.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you can target an additional two creatures for each slot level above 3rd. When casting this way, assign each target a number from 1 to the total number of targets (4 at 4th level, 6 at 5th level, and so on) then roll a dice with sides equal to the total targets. Go in order from lowest number to highest and roll the dice for each target; the resulting number decides which target they swap position with. In the event of a repeated number or a target getting their own number, reroll until a different number is rolled.
In the event of an odd number of targets, due to one or more targets succeeding their Charisma saving throw, the remaining targets will roll for their swapped positions until there is only one left; the final target remains in their own position.
