Twisted Mist

You create a dense magical mist that covers a 15-foot-radius, 60-foot-high cylinder at a point you can see within range. The mist spreads around corners and it’s fully opaque, providing total cover to everything inside the area as it swirls in colors of your choosing. Creatures in the area cannot see beyond 5 feet around, even if they have other types of senses, and must make a Wisdom saving throw at the start of their turns. On a failure, the mists turn heavy on them, spending 5 feet of movement for every 1 foot they move. This effect lasts until the start of their next turn, after which they must make another saving throw to withstand the weight of the mists. Creatures with truesight automatically succeed on the saving throw and can see normally while in the mist, unhindered on their movement. At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the radius of the mist increases by 10 feet for each slot level above 4th. (inspired by Strange arcane)
