Blink Strike

You flourish the weapon used in the casting and then vanish to strike like the wind. Choose a target you can see within range.  Make a melee spell attack against the target. On a hit, a target takes 3d8 force damage.

You appear in an unoccupied space you can see within 5 feet of one of the target, whether you hit or missed.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you can either, increase the damage of the spell by 1d8, or, target an additional enemy you can see within range, for each slot level above 3rd.
