Arthea's Eldritch Blast

A hissing black flame with a sulfurous smell erupts from the caster's
hand and bolts towards the direction the caster is pointing at.
Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 fire damage.

The spell creates more bursts of flames when you reach higher levels:
two bursts at 5th level, three bursts at 11th level, and finally four bursts at 17th level.
You can direct each burst at the same target or at different ones.
Make a separate attack roll for each burst of flames.
