Focusing on a point within range, you tear a hole in the arcane weave, unleashing a storm of wild magic within a 20ft sphere. This storm deals 26 (4d6+2d10+1d8) of a randomly determined damage type, or half that on a failed saving throw. In addition, any creature that fails their saving throw against this spell suffers an additional effect.

4d6 - base damage

2d10 - surge damage (this will determine your selection of surge effects)

1d8 - elemental damage (this will determine the damage type of the spell and the saving throw)

Elemental damage:

1-Acid-Dexterity|2-Cold-Constitution|3-Fire-Dexterity|4-Force-Strength|5-Lightning-Dexterity|6-Poison-Constitution|7-Psychic-Intelligence|8-Thunder-Constitution

Surge Table: Select the number from one of your two d10 rolls

1: Every creature who failed their save is knocked prone.

2: Every creature who failed their save flies into a rage, similar to a barbarian's rage feature.

3: Every creature who failed their save must switch locations with another creature who failed their save. If only one creature failed their save, this has no effect.

4: Every creature who failed their save has their walking speed reduced by half.

5: Every creature who failed their save is wracked by uncontrollable lust. Their next action must be to kiss the closest creature to them.

6: Every creature who failed their save now wishes to kill you. As such, they will make every effort to attack you on their next turn.

7: Every creature who failed their save is now deafened.

8: Every creature who failed their save is banished to the ethereal plane. They will return to a location within 30ft of their original point in 1d4 rounds (rolled for each creature by the DM)

9: Every creature who failed their save is affected by the enlarge/reduce spell. There is a 50% chance for either option for each creature (the DM rolls to determine this).

10: Every creature who failed their save is now scarred by wild magic. For the next minute, if they cast a spell they must roll on the wild magic surge table.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
