Burden

You attempt to increase the mass of one creature you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be affected by this spell for the duration.

An affected target takes a -10ft penalty to its movement speed, and has disadvantage on ability checks, attack rolls, and saving throws that use Dexterity.

A creature affected by this spell makes another Strength saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a successful save, the effect ends for it.
