Arcane weld

You place a glowing image of the transmutation symbol on two surfaces before touching the two symbols together and then you hold your hand on the crack between the two objects for the casting time, After which the two objects will join together. nothing short of braking one of the objects or a casting of dispel magic will brake the bond before the duration runs out. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3th level or higher, the duration increase by 1 hour for each slot level above 2nd. At 9th level it becomes permanent.
