Fortis has learned how to extend his aura around him, infusing creatures with his power.
When casting this spell, chose to either burden or unburden.
Fortis is excluded from the burden effect.
Burden
Creatures in the aura weight twice as much for the duration, objects that are not worn weight four times as much. Because of this the area feels like heavy terrain, they have disadvantage on dex and (and str?) checks/saves
Additionally attacks made with physical weapons have - 2 to hit but +4 to dmg because of the increased weight. This also includes ranged attacks.
Fortis can end this effect early, increasing the burden, causing all creatures within range to make a DC 20 strength save, or go prone by the heavy weight.
Some objects like buildings might not withstand the increased weight imposed on them.
Unburden
Creatures in the area weight half as much for the duration. Objects not worn weights 25%.
Because of this creatures in the area has advantage on dex saves.
Additionally attacks made with physical weapons have - 3 dmg because of the reduced weight.
Fortis can end the effect early causing all creatures within range to have four times the jumping range on their next turn.
