Breakdown

Stuck with a potion you have no idea how to recreate? Backed into a corner with only a potion you can't use? Never fear, just have a Breakdown!

At a touch, a container carrying a potion at most Large size reverts to its base materials with a burst of energy. You also gain the knowledge of how the potion was made and the ingredient list you need for it. A few moments after this happens, fire equivalent to the temperature used for the potion erupts from the top of the container. All creatures within 5 feet of it must succeed on a Dex save or take 2d6 fire damage. The DC for this is the caster's spell save DC.
