You're arcane powers allow you to glean precise information from objects in the following ways.

-Learn the precise weight, dimensions, temperature, and volume of an object or creature smaller than large.  Only physical phenomena are recorded, though magical effects on the object or creature may  alter these. The detailed information grants +1d6 on intelligence checks to identify the target.
-Read an unattended document that is able to be freely opened or unrolled.  You absorb the equivalent of 10 pages, 5,000 words, or 20,000 characters per minute.  If you can understand the language written you retain the knowledge for the duration of the spell. If the contents are complex and not easily understood you gain +1d6 on wisdom and intelligence checks to comprehend them.
- If used on an item or creature that is illusory in nature or has been placed under some manner of illusory of anti-divination magic, then the spell may relay false information.  For instance if silent image is used to to make an object appear 10 feet long rather than 5 feet, then the spell will report it being 10 feet long.  If Illusory script is used to change the contents of a document from military plans to a shopping list, then the caster will read the shopping list.  Objects or creatures protected from divination magic cannot by targeted by this spell.
