Accelerate to Target

With a short whistle, the caster can send a small item concealed in their hand at a target within 100 ft by opening their hand. If used as an attack the target will take 1d4 bludgeoning damage and whatever damage is caused by the item. The item must be under a pound. If used as a means of transportation of items, the caster must roll 1d20. If they roll a nat one the spell attacks the target.
