In your hands you summon the book of the ancient ones, the book is indestructible and disappears when the spell ends. While in possession of this book, you can't preform the somatic components of spells, and you can't hold anything with your hands. If the book is knocked out of your hands, the spell ends and you become paralyzed until the start of your next turn.
While you are in possession of the book, 8 large tentacles sprout out of your back, arching around your body. Each Tentacle has HP equal to 1/4 of your maximum and 20AC. The Tentacles have a Strength of 26 (+8) and a Dexterity of 18 (+4) the Tentacles do not fill their own space.
When you cast the spell and as a bonus action on your subsequent turns you can command each of the tentacles to make a single action each. Each tentacle can stretch up to 60ft in any direction you chose and can preform the attack, grapple, help, shove or [Tooltip Not Found] action.
When attacking an enemy, a tentacle must be within 10ft of a target, the tentacle makes the attack with a +13 to hit and deals 2d6+8 (15) force damage on a hit. A creature has advantage on the first attack they make against a creature who was hit by a tentacle within the last round.
