Subclass specific spell for my homebrew Oath of the Forge Paladin subclass. Please add both the homebrew subclass and this spell in order to use it.
Bright, searing golden light erupts outwards in a 20-foot radius sphere around you. The light spreads around corners, and dispels any spell of 5th level or lower creating an area of darkness it overlaps with.
Creatures of your choice caught in the area must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 4d10 radiant damage and 4d10 fire damage and becoming wreathed in ethereal flames for one minute on a failure. On a successful save, creatures take half damage and are not wreathed in the flames.
While wreathed in the flames, creatures emit dim, golden light in a 5-foot radius and take 1d10 radiant and 1d10 fire damage at the end of each of their turns. This light makes it impossible for the creature to benefit from being invisible.
The flames can be put out early if the affected creature or a creature within reach of it uses an action to pad them out.
