Celestial Strike

The User uses the holy energy in the GodSlayer to unleash a devastating attack on a divine foe. This spell is always active whenever there is a celestial or demonic being nearby. When you strike a holy or demonic being with this spell active, it will deal 2d20 radiant or necrotic damage depending on which damage type the target doesn't have a resistance to.

After this spell is cast, it cannot be used again for another 4 turns or after the user takes a short rest.

The user also can't cast the spell on their own, the spell needs to activate within the presence of a divine or demonic being.
