You attempt to ignite a creature, object, or sturcture with the sacred ever burning black flame known as Amateratsu. One creature you can see within range must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 13d8 fire damage and an extra 13d8 fire damage at the start of each of it's turns until the spell ends. Once ignited, the target cannot be extinguished and the flames cannot be dispelled by dispel magic. Any creature that touches an ignited creature, object, or structure is also ignited and begins to take 6d8 fire damage at the start of it's next turn. This spell ignores resistances and immunities to fire. This spell does double damage to objects and structures. You may take one bonus action to extinguish the flame on one object, structure, or creature while the spell is active. On a successgul save, the target takes no damage and is not ignited. Summoning the black flame puts an enormous stress on the caster's eye. Once cast your eye begins to bleed, and you must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw at the start of each of your turns while the spell is active or take 3d8 psychic damage.
