Analyze Phylactery

You choose one object that you must touch throughout the casting of the spell. If the item is a Lichs Phylactery, you learn if the Lich in question is corporeal, or in the process of reforming. You also receive a cryptic piece of knowledge that provides a hint of how what must be done to destroy the Phylactery. You learn whether any spells are affecting the item and what they are.
