Bolt Strike

A spellcaster who uses this spell will form a storm cloud in the sky, and when the cloud finishes spawning, a bolt of lightning dashes through the sky. When it hits, it sets everything in a 5 ft radius on fire. Any creature within the 5 feet, will take 1d6 fire damage, and another 1d8 lightning damage. This spell does 1d4 more damage at level 2, and 2d4 more damage at level 3.
