You come up with a sentence that is hard to say and mockingly point it at one creature you can see within range, as if challenging the creature to repeat what you said. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw, and do so with advantage if the sentence is easily repeated (up to DM's discretion). On a failed save the target becomes incapacitated while it tries to repeat your tongue twister over and over, with increasing speed until the spell ends. If affected by this spell for longer than three rounds, the target receives one point of exhaustion when the spell ends. The targetted creature must be able to hear and understand the language in which the spell is cast. A creature with an Intelligence score of 4 or less isn't affected.
At the end of each of its turns, and each time it takes damage, the target can make another Wisdom saving throw. The target has advantage on the saving throw if it's triggered by damage. On a success, the spell ends.
