This spell influences proprioception, the sense of where the victim's body is in space.

A targeted creature must make a Wisdom Saving throw or be put under the spell''s sway. While the spell has successfully taken effect, the caster can spend one bonus action to make a spell attack. A 10-14 is a partial success,  a 15-20 is a full success. Anything past that and the creature will make an attack role with advantage against its own AC. On a hit it takes the amount of damage it would deal with its primary weapon, either holding in its dominant hand or a feature like claw strikes or stingers.

With full success, this can allow specific sensory illusions involving the victim's sense of self, of the caster's choosing; for example, making someone who's trying to put a fork full of food in their mouth stab it into their eye instead, misjudge the reach of their arm or leg, or miss when trying to clap their hands.

A partial success creates no specific body illusion, but does result in a general clumsiness, disorientation, and sometimes motion sickness or other symptoms.

Most of these effects can make a creature fall prone,  add a -2 to a creature's Dexterity, halve their movement speed, prevent the use of somatic components, and make life in general hard on the target. There may be added side effects, strange changes, or other things added, depending on what your DM states
