Chains Of Immortality

One target foe gets held up by 8 unbreakable unholy chains. While chained, one cannot do anything, but cannot go below a health of one. The only way to escape/break the chains is to succeed on a DC 20 strength saving throw with disadvantage and no strength modifiers. (Strength modifiers do not apply to the saving throw.)
