Blindsight

At will you can redirect the flow of blood in your body and focus it to your eyes, allowing you to see through magical darkness or blinding light, but reducing your movement speed by 10 feet. 

For the duration of the spell you cannot be blinded, if you are already blinded, you can see for the duration of the spell. If the spell ends before the blindness condition is removed from your character, blindness is reapplied.
