You create a small portal in front of you and another one within sight. These two portals are connected. Weapons and limbs may reach through the portal unimpeded and interact with things on the other side. Tiny creatures can go through the wormhole without issue and small creatures can fit with an Acrobatic Check against your Spell Save DC. Should the wormhole close while a person or or limb is still inside they are shunted out the side that the majority of them is on, taking 6d6 force damage.
