Webbed Lightning

A webbed column of electricity arcs from the character's hand and into the target. The target of this attack takes 1d8 lightning damage, and must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target must roll with disadvantage on their next ability check or saving throw. On a succeeded save, the target takes an additional 1d4 lightning damage. Add 1d8 lightning damage at 4th, 8th, 12th and 15th levels.
